If your computer did
pass the above tests, some software like games, virus, Trojan horse,
may still cause trouble. Have you thought about saving your
files before your computer crashes. Many people run their
computers at 10% of its capacity. I can bring you back to factory
level operation.
(IF THE HARD DRIVE becomes
DEFECTIVE later) you will not be able to transfer your important
photos etc. to a new hard drive. Perhaps you should check with me
while your system is working to transfer your important files,
folders, photos, programs, games etc. If I install a new larger hard
drive,
or repair your computer, I will transfer your files and teach you how
to save your important data.
TIP: To improve your
computer performance
If
you’re using Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, XP or Vista and are
seeing decreasing performance but don’t know what direction to
take to improve the situation, take a look at Windows Task Manager.
To get there, right-click on your task bar and select Task Manager
or click Start > Run and type
taskmgr.exe
and press enter, then click on
the Performance Tab in the Windows Task
Manager.
There are two basic areas displayed in this view: CPU and Page
File. The CPU graph will show how much of your CPU (e.g. Intel
Pentium 4, AMD Duron, etc.) is being used to support your Operating
System (OS) and currently running programs and processes. Not enough
memory to perform the tasks, currently operational. A

BEWARE
GAMES all of your games even if
they are new:
1.When purchasing games
check out the following first:
a. Where was it made, CHINA, INDIA, JAPAN, RUSSIA etc. as there is
pirating manufactures in other countries that could corrupt your
Windows XP or Vista software. (Run the virus checker on the Game disk
first AVG FREE etc.)
b. Buy American known software MFG. made in USA
c. If a friend copies the game it may give you a virus or Trojan
horse. Check it out, with your anti virus software AVG Free, before
using it.
d. Downloading OR PURCHASING games from the internet is the best way
to get TROUBLE, it may have come from CHINA, INDIA, JAPAN, RUSSIA etc.
Not true if you know whom you are buying it from through a secure
network.
e. eMAIL games are a great source of trouble, scan it first by
downloading it to a disk, know where you stored it in your computer
check it out for the above points. Play games from your CD Rom drive ,
try not to store them in your computer.

At my studio you'll receive a full LAPTOP or PC
diagnostics in your presence, and a typed report, $37.00. ($65.00 at
your home). It will likely organize your errors in order of
priority. INCLUDES HANDS ON TRAINING
If these errors are not
corrected during your diagnostic period, you can then decide if you
want to invest in a service that will correct the errors on your hard
drive etc. (TOWER or LAPTOP).
I WILL THEN TEACH
YOU HOW to search your PC for errors, AND GIVE YOU A free antivirus
program. Teach you how to house-clean you computer--on a regular
basis, which will save you future service calls.
