The Atmospheric Electron Particle Beam's (AEPB) Power input point is at the RF frequency of 13.56 MHz. on the RF frequency scale of the Electromagnetic Spectrum Chart . Its output on a ceramic target is on the red to ultra violet frequency scale and is measured in electron volts eV.

RF generated Flame or Beam Energy gain 1X10¹⁰ eV at the Infra Red-Ultra Violet spectrum position on the eV scale on the EMS Chart. 

Measured with instrumentation here in our lab, our AEPB output on targets have no background BREMSSTRAHLUNG Radiation in any of the operating AEPB 's or their treated cool targets. Our generator system eliminates outside Radio Frequency Broadcasting even in the same room.  Which means we are not restricted to the 13.56 mhz science band.

The ceramic target energy heats to intense radiation due to (Electron Particle Beam's Ion resonance) due to the wavelength and length of the beams column!

The length of the above 2600 watt plume (AEPB BEAM) is about two feet. (Note: the beam was running at about one half of the power from the RF generator. The nozzle remains cool and is very simple in its design. When referring to the Ionic Oscillator hyperlink above the diode oscillator is compared to our nozzle beam system. 

The RF generated power at this still clip photo's video time was 3500 watts with reflected power of 850 watts, or (Black Box) transformer input of about 2600 watts after subtracting the 800 watts reflected power.  

Therefore the AEPB beam from the nozzle's output was running at half of the drive that our 5000 watt output RF Generator system is capable of! For reference the left edge of the transformer (Black Box) in the Photo #1b in real was measured 18 inches. The beam above measured on the computer's screen at about 24 inches or about two feet (only a good guess due to camera angle etc.)

AEPB length in Photo #1b can  also be estimated also by surrounding objects. Again note our full system weight pictured  is 129 pounds!

Disrupting the fluid sheath will cause the electrons to escape into the atmosphere out of the side of the fluid sheath--where ever a hole is made. It is almost has an analogy to the Pipe Organ's tuned pipe. If one were to drill a hole in the side of the pipe organ's pipe the output tone would be a corrupter to the musical ear.

Also when the input fluid sheath molecule (gas or what ever) volume is changed by the  RF generators auto frequency control we change the ion resonance of the AEPB and it changes to an Electronic Flame but not in Beam form! This is because the two frequencies of the RF generator and the AEPB do not match in ion resonance! The targets melted surface of the ceramic is negative (of any shape or size) so the C⁺ in the dissociated CO₂ binds to the negative liquid or solid ceramic and is captured while the negative O₂^-  goes back into the atmosphere either as O, H₂ or O₂ !

Ceramic targets are charged negative by the Electron Particle Beam which dissociates most molecules, example: C+ from O₂^-  . The opposite of the early cave mans discovery producing heat from burning wood thus CO₂   Entering the Earth's atmosphere. 

Each UV ionization of the outer electron of a molecule releases approximately 33 electron volts (eV) of energy each. Material surrounding the atom absorbs the energy. Compared to other types of radiation that may be absorbed, ionizing radiation deposits a large amount of energy into a small area.

Add that up, 33 electron volts (eV) of energy per molecule can be a lot of energy--supplying our AEPB and its target!

Our AEPB is not a Thermal CO₂ Plasma, Blood Plasma, Arc Plasma, Plasma Beam and is not for NO_x extraction filters. 

It is not for cold Plasma filters, chemical mixtures or other pollutants filters that the coal fired electric generating plants have been somewhat successful with, at a very high cost!

The air nozzle shown in the Video #1a remains near room temperature while the target Fire Brick (any ceramic) can be in the thousands of degrees F! Other higher melting point ceramics can also be used with other fluid sheaths directed at ceramic targets. 

Also other fuels can be used as fluid sheaths to (enclose the electronic particle beam). Natural gas, Oil, Water, Coal, CO₂ , Dust. These molecules can be reasonably cleaned of their carbon outputs to or in the atmosphere. Then this output can be used again as a clean fuel fluid sheath for the AEPB, polluted outputs without further raising the target radiation temperatures of the Earth's local atmosphere now 400 ppm of CO₂!

Video #4b1 filmed during the lab test of CO₂ injection at 10 cubic feet per hour, 5kw input only from our IC Transformer. The video test brick became so hot it had to be turned off. 

THE MOST INTERESTING PART OF THIS TEST proved that other gases i.e. CO₂ and natural gas can be use again as a fluid sheath for the Electron Particle Beam as a fuel in the AEPB. after carbon capture in the melted ceramic.

Dissociated Carbon

Whether one can remove the carbon as a powder directly from the atmosphere in greater volume is the subject of research! More likely it would be produced from coal.

Video #4 This an amazing lab test video and sound of the Fairbairn Effect when 

throwing powered sugar into the AEPB's Electronic FlameC-TM. After the powered 

sugar drifts to the floor intense light explosions can mostly be seen by the Video 

Camera and last for about a milli second. 

Even a CO2 dust size particle in beam can change to radiation in the form of light in our 

atmosphere that lights up the whole room the generator AEPB is operating in!

The human eye hardly catches the light blasts, as you can see a staff member walks
