The above photo shows oil shale burning after the energy beams nozzle system's power was turned off. Seen in the above video (click on photo above) showing smoke (not seen in this video was a large amount of smoke rising to the ceiling). The reason being the oil shale rock is heated to a nearly melting point, which slowly cools while the beam's atmospheric air supply is left on. Patent disclosure 61090500 Energy Beam Nozzle/ Electronic Flame Nozzle can utilize CO2 /Methane conversion by the beam's nozzles converting these gas' mass to low frequency radiation, into the oil shale its self. This atmospheric electron beam radiation adsorption is what keeps the shale red to white hot, and burns like coal. Many uses can be put to in this manner.

There is a requirement to reduce a Marine ship's stack emission from 14000 ppm to less than 10,000 ppm of sulfur and CO2.  This is worth investigating.

where  o is the driving radio frequency, p is the electron plasma frequency (Sheath), and eo is the electron-neutral elastic collision frequency (Electron Beam). The generation of the electron beam is inside the plasma sheath. This permits an electron beam to be directed into the atmosphere with out dependence on a vacuum shield.

The radiation formula.  Mw= k f ν  is the mass in grams  of the atmospheric or other gases being converted, ν  being the radiation frequency in Hertz.   k f  is a constant of ether in the atmosphere .   The complete formula development is written in the patent disclosure U.S.  61090500 Energy Beam Nozzle/ Electronic Flame Nozzle.

One can look at the above formula and easily see that the lower driving frequency o  generates a much higher plasma sheath frequency energy p , and even higher is the beams electron-neutral collision frequency eo energy which is a much higher energy electron beam. The beam for the higher plasma frequency p of a nozzle operating on helium gas, or other atmospheric gases acts as the eo ionized gas wave guide which with the tungsten  high electron emission electrode creates. The helium gas prevents the tungsten from oxidizing, not so in the Electron Flame Nozzle that runs cool due to its internal/external design and external operation on atmospheric air/gases. In general the same science--math equations above, performs in both the EBN and EFN operational nozzle installed to a Network or other input generator source at a frequency o.  (Use F11 key on your keyboard to see the whole formula view at once.)

The M is the mass of the gas, liquid, or solids introduced through the EBN or EFN , and v is the frequency in hertz that converts the mass introduced through the EBN or EFN. The term k f is the constant of the ether, and the higher the frequency, the higher the mass, the higher the energy directed at the target i.e. ceramic.    

Therefore a EBN or EFN hertz wave operation o  converts mass (gas etc.) to radiation and stores this radiation as heat in targets such a oil shale, coal, brick, stones, or other high melting point ceramics i.e. zirconium bricks, tubes etc. The Atmospheric  gases can be captured and circulated through either EBN or EFN (nozzles) when operating on an input  generator frequency o.  

Rather then loosing its CO2 like mass to the atmosphere, they are captured, stored as very high temperature heat (radiation), and used again.

NOTE: The earth's atmosphere now reached 450 parts per million of CO2, and this is really the top level that the Earth's species should permit.  We should not allow the CO2, other particles etc. to rise any further in the Earth's atmosphere or Earth could go back to the ice age. The main cause of that the earth's atmosphere reached 450 parts per million of CO2 is coal fired, oil fired and gas fired electric power generating station, diesel trucks, autos, and aircraft. However it does not need to be the banning of these great USA fuel supplies, or its applications. There are other methods, we have announced on this web site that should really be given a chance for testing. The cause of the rise in methane is wetlands, rice paddies, cattle, and the gas and coal industries; possibly even humans.
