Growers/investors, this is a serious notice of a plant cell activator  TO OTHER PLANT PLASMATM PAGES

A Tomato seed Germinated in Sand Soil. The Fripro Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS)TmC is produced with a proprietary manufacturing process that can be applied by various means and is able to pass through the plant's root cell system's Plasma Membrane with out damage. It does not limit any fertilizer or microbe action and allows for the concentration-dependent absorption of negative nitrogen ions which serves to retain a significant proportion of an otherwise highly mobile form of an essential plant nutrients. Regular methods of fertilization and watering should still be used, but possibly in lesser amounts.

Plant root ion uptake is quick to respond to the Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) application. In fact years of testing show that buds, leaf, flowers, vegetables and fruits are accelerated in growth even in the poorest soil. Photos and growth data were taken of years of testing various plants and vegetables that shows reasonable improvement in plant growth.

Desert sands have no nutrient value, but test have proved that seeds can germinate in 80+% sand with PPS application. Refer to Photos bellow. PPS purpose is to enable any pre-stored or added soil nutrient (fertilizer) to pass through the plant's plasma cell's membrane to feed the plant.

Bloomberg News
US Chamber's President Donohue Comments On Intellectual Property Enforcement

More than a quarter of all jobs in the US are with companies that rely on patents, copyrights and trademarks to protect products from competition and promote investment, the Commerce Department said. About 27.1 million jobs in 2010 were in industries that rely heavily on intellectual property protections, and another 12.9 million positions were indirectly affected.

"We must ensure that American IP-intensive industries remain confident that their copyrights, patents, and trademarks will be enforced," Thomas Donohue, the president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, said at a White House event announcing the report.

Fripro Energy, LLC intellectual property will be enforced.

Actual photos of growing plants treated in the years 2010, and not treated 2011, and treated 2012.

The three sets of photos in the year 2010, 2011,and now 2012 should be compared with each other to see the amazing growth that Plant Plasma SolutionTM C treatement. (Plant Plasma Solution for growth was used though out 2010) but none was used in 2011,but again applied in 2012 to show the difference in growth over three years.

In all three years no fertilizer or direct watering other than rain, during the plant tests that were conducted outside in the weather.

Looking back as the most amazing growth of the rose bush in just the same year from April 2, 2010 to May 29, 2010 treated with Plant Plasma SolutionTM C

Compare the three photos here: Left, APRIL 2, 2010 see what Plant Plasma Solution TM C did by May 29, 2010 to the same rose bush:

                                                                                                                    Photo #4 Right May 29, 2010.

There is no doubt that the originator of this Knock Out Rose Bush did not have in mind these 150 large nearly three inch blossoms that we are showing in the above photo #4.

Our testing showed that Plant Plasma Solution tm  does indeed help the quiescent winter phase of Bill Radler's Knock Out roses to be accelerated into lush growth--perhaps more so then the above breeders intentions. Also double the growth and early starting from the quiescent period of only 2.5 months outdoors!

Above  Photo #2 APRIL 10, 2010  (added Concentrated Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) 2 Oz.) No fertilizer

Above  Photo #2A APRIL 10, 2011 no Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) added or fertilizer. Compare to above photo #1 one year ago-but the

growth is twice its size and not fertilizers or PPGS added!

Note: Growing thru cold 29 to 40 degrees F April weather (Zone #6)

Refer to Page 2 Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) for testing and reference backup data, from commercial lab referenced published testing reports

Or please continue for test made in 2010-2011 below:

No fertilizer was utilized! only strong Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) into the root base and poured on in weaker amounts weekly. Photo #4 was taken May 29, 2010. Fantastic growth 150 blooms PRIOR TO CUTTING ALL BLOOMS OFF (arborday zone #6) (Note: these blooms are single flowers only refer to Photo #6 for second generation showing multiple blooms! (Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) compared to dormant plant photo #1 above. and untreated photo #4a below. No fertilizer of any kind used!

Photo #4 June 2, 2011 One year later. The untreated rose bush is much larger double the growth in on growing season, then the year 2010 (due to last years growth) but has no where close to the number of large roses as in above Photo #4 2010.  This year June 2, 2011 was not treated with Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS)!

Not treated Knock Out Rose bush

Photo 4a June 30, 2010. Untreated Knock Rose Bush flowers are much smaller and plant does not seem as healthy  bush is about the same size and no where near the multiple clumps or size of the buds as in photo above in #4?

For best full view (press F11 on your keyboard)

Photo #5                                                              For best view (press F11 on your key board)

In the above rose bush we cut all the 145 rose flowers off as shown in photo #5. (Five flowers left on vine). Then we treated the roots system a concentrated Plant Plasmac tm solution on June 17, 2010. Two weeks prior we poured diluted solution on the plant and its base and it has started new leave growth (refer to the left side of the Photo #5). It is expected that we will obtain a second generation set of buds and thus flowers. We may even be able to go a third or forth time before winter. (In growing zone #6)

Another amazing action on the same rose bush we have featured (One side only with roses and the next year the same thing happened with out Plant Plasma Solutionc tm treatment refer to Photo 6 A October 24, 2011 (DOES THE TREATMENT GIVE THE PLANT A MEMORY FOR THE NEXT YEAR?

Photo #6  July 12,2010 Second generation of flowering of Knock Rosé flowers

(Root treatment on one side of root ball shows that one side of the Knock Rose bush flowered into many bud clumps of five and more, not so in above photo #4! July 10th 2010

Right photo July 12, 2010 injected the left side of the root ball with Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS)  (mg/l) and we shall see if the other (right side) of the Knock Out rose bush flowers in multiple buds etc. as show in the above photo #6 grow? About three roses on the right side

Below Photo 6a same rose bush (Untreated one year later) 10/17/2011 Note that all of the roses are on the left side even though there was not treatment in 2011 ( a couple on the right side! also NOTE THE GROWTH FACTOR!

Photo 6 A October 24, 2011. With no Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) no treatment in 2011 shows that there not only were no blossoms on the right side of the plant, also many flowers and more blossoms of the roses on the left side. Also the growth was made in 2010 when it was treated with Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS). (The rose bush seems to have a memory after the 2010 treatment of the left side root.

Photo 7, Aug 7, 2010 (THIRD GENERATION) (always the spent flower was cut off)

Note: height of the plant over a foot growth since photo #6! July 10th 2010 (compare to the yellow band on the vertical stick) and all flower buds that were not a whole flower were cut off.  Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) injected into the root system with above photo #5

Below Aug 7th 2011 no treatment

Aug.7th 2011 Photo compared with the above in Aug 7, 2010 no Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) Treatment

Growth from the year before but only one one inch flower!!!

{Photo #8 again the flower seems of a different design and very healthy

but it still measures half the size of the flowers shown in Photo #4

Technical Statement Below, on our products.

Read statement below then view photos of plants grown through 2010 and 2012 (On Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) Solution)

In Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) certain important ions are held in solution. The PPSTMC is generated by an electron beam directed into a solution. The ions stored in solution remains in the water solution and has a good shelf life.

This solution when treating plants acts as a key to unlock the Plant's Plasma's Membrane so as to let other nutrient's into the plant's root and system's molecule's membranes. There is no need to add other elements or compounds. It supports other soil nutrients and insect repellents.

There is no solid, liquid, powder or other fertilizer added to the Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS). There is no damage to the plants. It is fed to the plants root area by many different processes as to the  likes of the Grower, even injection, or simply water ring the plant's base root system. It can also be sprayed on the plants leaves, for many reasons.

This new invention provides for less production cost, different or higher efficiency delivery methods, solution concentrate, and longer shelf life and above all can give growers and seeds extra early time for planting extending the growers seasons (both in/out doors) several days or weeks into Winter or Fall. Why leave a greenhouse closed for the winter, if it can be used for more food or flowers. And our PPGS site generator may help in part to heat the greenhouse in cool or colder weather.

We have tested in real plants at different outdoor locations our new solution treatment to plants as shown below entering a three year growing cycle. We also have recorded tests that have been made over twenty five years and maintain the growing data recorded in photos and text.

Fripro Energy, LLC's Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) can be generated on site or its solution delivered by other means. It also may have a very simple use in Hydro-phonic gardening, even sand within certain conditions of the semi-desert regions! .

The marketing cost per gallon is to be determine by supply, demand, bottling, labeling and delivery.  Even with our prototypes we can generate a gallon of Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) Growth Solution in three minutes at two KWH less setup time at an electrical cost of 15 cents per KW hour plus tap or even brackish water cost.

The PPGS can also be bottled and labeled and sold for direct application on site for use with the plants and seeds themselves.

The reader must not forget the application of Solar Cells and Wind generators as a second electrical power source where the grid is not available to operate our generator. Our generator runs on DC or AC 120-220 volts power lending its use to eliminating the solar cell inverter.  So also true for the high cost power inverters for our generator which cuts our production marketing cost of the PPGS generator its self!

Just think what it means to the Solar Cell array Business if (PPGS) are used by Growers in Greenhouses or outside where the electrical grid is not available----- NO INVERTERS!

Photo 9 below

Photo  #9 July 5 2010 above SHOWS THAT IF YOU LOOK AT a blow up (control Plus keys) PHOTO above, YOU WILL SEE IN THE LOWER RIGHT QUADRANT A CLIPPED END OF THE FORMER THREE INCH FLOWER (ROSE) AND AT THE UPPER LEFT WHERE MY HAND IS YOU CAN SEE MANY BUDS and a flower GROWING. If this follows the path it seems to be, then each (or many) clipped rose then regenerates multiple roses on Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS)  (But smaller in diameter but very beautiful) .

Photo #10 shows the rose bush in a close up of  new leafs and buds of the second recovery of the Knock Rose Bush. Many new buds are visible if one looks closely. June 24, 2010 (Control Key + will enlarge photo)

Photo #10 June 26, 2010 shows the first rose of the second generation of treatment with Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) Knock Out rose second generation seem smaller the then roses pictured in Photo #4

Photo #11 June 26, 2010 many buds in its second generation of Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) treatment.

The above buds number five off of one stem. Many other multiple buds are now growing some intended by the Breeders. (As time of growth goes on each former three inch rose flower that was cut off there is developed many five bud flower growth as shown above photo #5a.

With the creation of The Knock Out® Rose, even after cutting off the 150 flowers (blooms) there seem to be in the second generation, new multiple bud growth coming directly out of some stalks! The whole plant is being treated with 30 ppm of sprayed on the plant (Like rain) with Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS)c tm solution or poured on the root base are of the plant, daily or as needed.

A beautiful rose (Did the PPGS change the design) or is this a double knock rose?

Photo #17 September 7,2010 a untreated Knock Out rose bush growing about ten miles from our test installation has not grown much since it came out of dormancy on Feb.2, 2010. The same time as our photo #1 above test did. This plant (growing in full sun) has not been treated other than the natural rain/weather in Toledo Ohio USA. The size has not changed much and not more them four or five flowers (yellow knock out roses) at any one time an as you can see in the close up the seed pods are still there. (Expand the photo with control plus keys to view) and or use F11.

Photo 18B  Close-up of the LAST ROSE OF SUMMER Nov 19,2010

One must take notice that Feb 20, 2010 the rose bush came out of its winter dormancy, after Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS) treatment. (refer to Photo #1 above).  If this Rose bush holds onto it green leaves and the LAST ROSE OF SUMMER, it means the in the northern freezing climate ( at both ends of the calendar the rose bush was growing-- this is nine and a half months live and two and one half months in winter dormancy. No regular fertilizer was used other that Plant Plasma Solution TmC (PPS).  Also the Rose bush double in size and height.

Photo #18c.   December 27, 2011. Outside temperature 31 degrees F and snowing yet green stalks and shoots are every where . Plant was not treated in 2011 with nothing. IT IS THE SAME PLANT AS PHOTO #1, 2010 above

Photo can be enlarged by using  the (CTRL key plus the + or - key). Or making use of the (up and down arrow keys, or the left and right and left keys)  to travel anywhere in the above photo.

This is a most exceptional photo and one can see even the root system and the new roots growing as if the Rose bush seems to have been render hardy in the 2010 Plant Plasma Growth Solution (PPGS) injection treatment.

Close study revels important plant growth consideration!
