Engineering Change Notice ECN for the Atlas Guidance Computer. This
ECN was originated in Detroit Michigan by Thomas E Fairbairn, transmitted via
"Dial UP" phone line to Paoli Penn , then signed and retransmitted
back to Detroit authorizing a change in the Atlas Guidance Computer Manufactured
in Detroit Mich. Utilizing Direct Dial up via Patent 3,227,243 May

Many other "dial up"
transmissions were made in the early 60's one such transmission and reception
was made between Motorola New York City from Detroit Mich via direct "dial
up phone" line via the Fairbairn telephone adapter.
Motorola after receiving a communication
from Fairbairn in Detroit direct "Dialed Up" from Fairbairn
transmitted back to him: "Congratulations Tom Fairbairn
Pioneer". Below is anopther type of memo transmission:
Prior to this time AT&T would
not permit "direct dial up" as they believed the lines and
switching would not transmit such excellent photos and data etc. Also they
had a good 'leased line' business, and tied down all office desk's to their
phone equipment. They would not permit phones to even be moved from desk to
desk!
Fairbairn made many other transmissions
and receptions via "Dial Up" between Detroit Mich and Vandenburg Air
Force Base, Montgomery Alabama, Paoli Penn and many other cities. Fairbairn made
many transmissions of emergency T.C.T.O's to and from Detroit to various field
locations via "dial up" in the early 60's

ether particle mass is different for each
wave length in the dark matter of the ether Universe. Therefore each space
radiation is resonant to its own ether particle
mass as v changes. In the electromagnetic spectrum, the frequency v of radio waves
is 105 Hz, ultraviolet is 1015 Hz,
and gamma waves is 1020
hertz.
Dimensional
analysis (simplifying unit conversion) of the above formula performed by Charles
L. Nicewonder, Professor of Math. at Owens Community College. (Note:
the dimensional analysis resolves
the complex units into a simple gram unit for the mass of a WIT particle).
Fairbairn said: "Seeing the mass Mw
in grams was electrifying. I have the Universe's ether's basic WIT
particle's mass value for transmitting ultraviolet waves, and for any other
frequency in the electromagnetic spectrum.
Planck's constant implies that
radiant energy in space exists in discrete quanta. Fairbairn's
hypothesis is that the mass of an ether particle varies across the
electromagnetic spectrum. In fact the higher the frequency, the smaller the wave
length, the larger the mass of a WIT particle in the Universe's ether
atmosphere.
The WIT particle calculations
solve the problem of the inconsistency between two incompatible theories, that
of the General Theory of Relativity (the understanding of mass in space) and the
Quantum Mechanics Theory (the understanding of mass particles on the sub atomic
scale). The reason for this is that the WIT particles make up most mass as a
vortex. This is true
for all particles from the microscopic to the macroscopic.
With
respect to a Hertz electromagnetic wave, I am told (by many scientist) that we
do not yet know what light is or how it travels, but that is not the way I look
at light. We all know that light travels in quanta or as a photon (hv),
but how does it travel in the Universe as we look at a distant star? The
above Hypothesis shows how.

The following patent # 2,607,897 (Oscillator) a unique, pure
very stable sinewave, (Figure 3a,click on photo for larger clearer
sine wave photo)stable oscillator was granted to Thomas E. Fairbairn
. Here is the patent data on this interesting invention. It probably
falls into the class of Maser, Laser, or ion Plasma resonance. Left is
a photo of the ion plasma gas tube oscillator. [shown here,BELOW another
oscillator having an anode,cathode,and a grid in a gas mixture [(i.e.)argon,or
mecury vapor (Like the old Thyatron 884 tube) which permits frequency modulation of its output]
The key to the oscillations is, there is no requirement for
tuned circuits , as the gas provides the output sine wave, when a voltage
(DC battery) is applied across the gas tube.
This is does give further proof of the mass-wave formula outlined
above. Implying that a gas when ionized ,be it where ever it may be,
on earth or in space--oscillates in harmonic motion when excited. It also confirms
that Mass can be converted to radiation.

Figure 8 above shown a chart of the operational capability
of the ionic oscillator From a typical commercial 6Q5 gaseous triode tube. The output is always a sine wave for mercury vapor gas
tubes. The highest output frequency and RF voltage is around 875KC (sine wave) at 1.4 volts. The
output falls of radically as the grid current is increased to over 2.4

INTO FRESH WATER: I might add the generation of the above chemicals is the basis of most of Earth's chemicals. It is interesting to note that electrolysis of water with DC current produces hydrogen and oxygen, however the DC Energy Beam directed into water (as in the above demonstration) produces Nitrates (NO3 NO2 NH3 and N ). A blue center beam in the above photo, is directed straight down under the surface of the water. The substance of core of this this beam is unknown; however, if it is Cerenkov's Light, it would indicate the velocity of the beam particles are exceeding the velocity of light in water.
If this is true then the center blue beam is an electron beam. (The question I
would raise is this blue center beam a WIT particle beam?) Also as the particle
beam is sheathed by helium and the water surface is not waved rippled by the

Another important issue here in
is in some versions of the energy beam technology that introduced gases are
converted to radiation. This may be true with CO^2 . Can one imagine the introduction
of CO^2 gas to the beam system would convert the co^2 to low

When
an RF driven energy beam™ is directed into a glass pan of freshwater its
surface becomes completely calm, no ripples or sign of the sixteen psi helium
gas jet on the water's surface. When the RF power to the beam is shut off the
gas flow of helium disrupts the water surface as any gas jet does. When the RF
power and the helium gas is turned on, and the beam again directed onto the
fresh water's surface, the surface is completely calm. The energy beam™
creates a water barrier hot and cold. This water barrier demarcation line is
sharp. The bottom being cold and the top being hot. When the beam is turned off
the hot and cold barriers of the fresh water mix. This action by the energy beam™
directed into fresh water is proof of helium mass to radiation conversion,
without a nuclear reaction. Similar energy beam reaction on solids was observed

Note : IN THIS SHORT (HARD TO SEE) clip one can see that when the energy
beam into fresh water is off , with only the Helium gas jet (11psi) hits
the surface of the fresh water in a glass (insulated) container, the water
surface is turbulent) however when the energy beam (radio frequency
power is turned on, the water surface becomes calm as water would in a
dish full of water on a counter etc. Turn the RF power off and the water
is again turbulent from the helium gas jet hitting the surface of the
fresh water in the glass dish. This is proof that the energy beam can
convert a gas(i.e. Helium) to radiation. A radiation beam enters the water
as a very high frequency and may have a Cerenkov blue light to indicate
