SUMMARY
OF
PROTOTYPE
NON-VACUUM,
NON COMBUSTION ELECTRON PARTICLE
BEAM
BACKGROUND
The subject non-vacuum, non-combustion electron particle beam generated Electronic Flame that differs substantially from other flame systems in commercial use. The central feature of this system is that the electron particle beam is generated and maintained without the use of a vacuum.
Instead of a vacuum, this prototype employs an electrical source in conjunction with compressed air, liquids or powered solids to maintain the beam or electronic flames fluid sheath.
Accordingly, there is no need for vacuum pumps or thin titanium windows that separate a vacuum protected electron beam from an ambient target. Thus, due to the gas, liquid or powder fluid sheath, there is the additional important benefit of a greatly enhanced particle beam range upon exiting a nozzle.
In the subject prototype system, (Patent pending #20100043729 A1) an electrical current is powered by a 5 kilowatt radio frequency generator operating at 13.56 MHz connected to proprietary hardware consisting of a transformer and nozzle(s).
The system emits a beam length from the nozzle that does not visibly diffuse for approximately 3 feet . As measured by a two color infrared pyrometer, the beam, when fired through an 12 inch ceramic tube, raises its temperature in excess of 2,500’ F degrees in less than 2 minutes, approaching 3500’ F.
The inventor of this prototype is Thomas Edward, Fairbairn. His nozzle designs and work in plasmas, laser, and electron beams have been used since the 1970’s. His innovations have been credited and cited as background art in more recent patents by inventors at governmental and academic institutions. In particular, scientists and engineers at Brookhaven National Laboratory and NASA have cited Fairbairn’s work as follows:
Patent # 5578831 (1996) by A. Hershcovitch of Brookhaven National Laboratory regarding an electron beam system using a plasma window in lieu of a titanium window, credits Fairbairn’s Patent # 3648015 as background art.

Patent # 4990739 (1991) by I. Zaplatynsky of NASA (Glenn Research Center) relating to a plasma gun for depositing ceramic coatings, cites Fairbairn’s Patent # 3894209 as background art. July 8, 1975
OVERVIEW
OF COMPONENTS AND DESIGN
Components
1. An off the shelf 5 kilowatt RF generator operating at 13.56 MHz
2. Electrical power source of 230VAC three phase (wind turbine, grid)
3. A proprietary step-up inductive capacitance transformer
4. Proprietary emitter nozzle(s)
5. Connecting cables, tubing and wires for items 1-3
Design
The 125 pound 5 kilowatt RF generator system sends an alternating current to the transformer via coaxial cable which is then sent from the transformer to the nozzle and its cathode. In addition, the transformer has a separate portal to allow for the introduction of gases (e.g. air, CO2) which are sent through to the nozzle and its cold or hot cathode. When a fluid sheath is employed, it is used at less than 2 standard cubic feet per hour. Air injected through the portal is pumped through at 20 psi. Injection of liquids and solid powered mediums [es.coal] through synergistic action enhances the temperature of the emitted flame. With the current shortage of Helium gas, an air operated system is reasonable.
As a focused electron particle beam exits the nozzle, it is collared by an fluid sheath for about 3 feet after which the sheath and particle beam dissipate into the atmosphere forming the Electronic Flame. When there is no sheathing fluid pressure of air or other gases, helium, liquids or (powdered solids) going through to the nozzle, the beam almost immediately loses its focus and disperses from exiting the nozzle due to the lost of matching impedance to the output RF generator.
In other words the fully operating beam and its transformer are a perfect dummy load to the matched RF generator.
In addition to various gases (including stack gases), the transformer portal can accommodate powdered or liquid materials which can be processed through the nozzle.
Presently, the prototype system employs two types of nozzles (boron nitride or copper). These nozzles operate similarly, but with greatly different characteristics.
The current prototype is a new technology in non-combustion output when referenced to Fairbairn’s prior work. Potential commercial adaptability appears to be substantially enhanced as a result of extended cathode life, increased particle beam length into the atmosphere, ease of operation, computer or manual control of the system hardware and renewable energy output on targets in (infra-red to ultra-violet range).

Mass Spectrometer Sample Charts #2 and #4 for AEPB COAL GAS Test
Fripro's lab collected coal gas samples in a Nitrogen filled collection jars. The jars then were taken to UT's* Mass Spectrometer Lab producing the Sample Charts #2 shows coal gas as processed through the AEPB, Chart #4 below coal gas not processed through the AEPB system.
Use your up down-left right keys to compare the two charts. (view between the two vertical lines for data comparison)
To view (If Necessary) charts #2 AND #4 with more clarity use (CTRL) and (-- OR + KEY)
SAMPLE CHARTS #2 and #4. The Mass Spectrometer's computer and printer were programmed by UT's test staff to print out our charts coal gas SAMPLE #2 processed through the AEPB, and SAMPLE #4 coal gas not processed through the AEPB system being sent directly to the Mass Spectrometer's input.
Note by comparison the results of our Lab's AEPB's coal gas test procedures. (View between open and closed vertical lines for data comparison between chart SAMPLE #2 and SAMPLE #4), relative to the Nitrogen gas reference curve N2 .
The Charts SAMPLE #2 and SAMPLE #4 (X and Y) axis should be ignored. The results of our pollution reduction from coal gas is significant. Other test are in progress.
The use of Nitrogen as our test's relative reference points between chart sample curves of different displayed molecules is very important....
*Fripro thanks the University of Toledo (UT) testing team at UT's R-1 Technology Center staff for their volunteer help on Fripro's difficult test procedure of our AEPB technology, and for giving us the above Sample Charts #2 and #4. Also thanks Dr. Philips, Mr. Carol, and to Mr. Richard Hanson MBA, CBA Director of UT's and Ohio State Small Bus. Development Center, for initiating and organizing the test.

The ability to augment the non-vacuum electron beam (AEPB) with natural gas, powdered coal or other fuels for increase in radiation heat is valid. An example through the action of C3H8 energy (propane) . C3H8 having eight H8 in stead of two as with H2O, increases the radiation energy output with (AEPB) synergism in sandstone. Note: Not all molecules are dissociated depending on the application of the AEPB!
Video showing Methane CH 4 gas directed together through the AEPB nozzle no carbon in the Flame's path, yet out side the flame there was carbon on the fire brick. In this test the atmospheric air was held at a low SCFH to encourage carbon deposit if possible. The video shows no carbon in the beam's round area on fire brick.
When Methane or propane gas are burning alone with atmospheric air and no AEPB power on through the same air nozzle, carbon appeared over the area of the fire brick in the air flame's path.
The (AEPB) turnned on the target (sandstone) in this photo Volcanic glass carbon in Sandstone has a computer high resolution enlarger. This photo can be enlarged to near microscopic grain size. One can see clearly in great number the boiling balls of the sandstone.

Video #8 Our Atmospheric air operated Electron Beam alone or when inserting most fossil fuels, example coal dust, natural gas, hydrogen even cardboard into its Electronic Flamec tm ; little CO2 or smoke is emitted. The energy output is considerably increased in the red, visible, and infra red spectrum through Synergism. When ever we have seen smoke generated outside of the Electronic Flame area in lab test the smoke would migrate back to the Flame column and disappears. Refer to Sample Test Charts #2 and #4 end of this page.

#8a Cardboard target fuel inserted 1+1 = SYNERGISM Note: when the cardboard target fuel (Fluid Energy) is inserted in the Electronic Flamec tm , the background of the room lights with high intensity--including amber, infra red, red, and heat radiating toward the ceiling. (Also seen in Video #8 above ). Not true in photo #8b.(right) But when the cardboard target (Combustion Energy) is pulled out of the Electronic Flamec tm (Electron Beam Energy) the room is dark to the camera. Refer #8b Please note there is no damage or feeling of heat radiation energy to the human hand, even though it is right up against the Electronic Flame'sc tm Plume. |
#8b 1 and 1= NO SYNERGISM The cardboard flame alone is not enough to light up the room for the camera. When the Electronic Flamec tm is without its target, seen in photo #8b with the burning cardboard. The Plume returns to a long vertical light radiation column. Try examples: coal powder, water vapor, natural gas, hydrogen, or propane directed into our Electronic Flamec tm in place of the cardboard target, together with or without atmospheric air! Synergism is a given name describing multiple energy outputs to the AEPB Electron Particle Beam and its Electronic Flamec tm . Again review the Video #8 above to see this action in real time. |

Looking at the hyperlink video above, one can see how the cylinders can enable flue smoke (or other pollutants, soot, water vapor, coal dust) be directed into the cylinders and could converted to radiant energy. This energy pollution fuel can be salvage and utilized over again in many of our listed applications. REFER TO PAGE TWO. Use BACK to return.
One way to reduce the rising emissions of carbon dioxide and soot trapped in the atmosphere is to utilize the Atmospheric Electron Particle Beam Generator (AEPB)c TM and its atmospheric Electronic Flamec TM. It is estimated that 73 metric tons of Carbon Dioxide is admitted into our atmosphere annually by15 medium size autos! Refer to Photo # 9a.
Soot alone is responsible for 1.9 million deaths a year, and also is thinning the Artic Ice and melting the Himalayan-Tibetan glaciers water supplies. New regulations certainly would help, but significantly the continued research utilizing the AEPB Technology must be applied.
Another example, refer to #13, FRIPRO's generator when supplying 3000 watts RF at13.56 MHz. The reflected power to the RF generator is about 100 watts, showing great efficiency in the transfer of the output RF wattage into the atmosphere. Our entire AEPB generator system weighs only 125 pounds for maximum RF output of 5KW.
Modification to the pilot generator could permit direct operation on solar cells or other Direct Current generators.
Fripro Energy, LLC's team is under no allusions that our pilot prototype generators are the answer to all very large programs, with out the proper investment, now in progress.
The above AEPB's Electron Beam can be pulsed modulated, power level controled and frequency automatic or maual control. The AEPB system can be remotely or directly controled through the solid state generator's led indicator control panel.

Video #10 above A Boron Silicate glass blower can place his mouth directly on the three foot long boron silicate one inch OD pipe which is placed in the Electronic Flamec tm Shown in the above video, a glass blower is blowing through the glass tube with his own breath, without any harm to his person! The demonstration was utilized with a 5000 watt (125 pound) generator, and cost about $1.00/hour at full power to operate. There is no reasonable limit to the power, number of burner nozzles, or its targets enclosures or types. |
(Refer to #16) photo of multiple burners operating off of one generator. Careful study of the glass blowing of the boron silicate tube (half way through the video) one can see the small glass balls blown out of the 2000 Degrees F glass tube as they fly through the atmosphere of the room. In the next hyperlink #12 a video shows Silicon Carbide being sprinkled on a white hot Boron Silicate glass inserted into a 5000 watt AEPB Electronic Flamec tm (SiO2) plus Na2O, CaO is the formula for Boron Silicate glass. |

BE PATIENT WITH THE DOWNLOAD TIME The smoke in video #3A is coming from carbide dropping on the hot Boron Nitride sheath, but is absorbed by the electronic Flame. This hyperlink shows the intensifying of the flame heating the two very high melting point glass and powders. The Silicon Carbide powder is fused to the glass rod. Silicon Carbide powder can be placed inside the closed Boron silicate glass tube, or using powder feed units fed through the nozzle, for production in the AEPB Electronic Flamec |
Note: In chemistry when water vapor forms liquid water the process is exothermic. Refer to this video hyperlink #4 click Water MIST (with soap) sprayed into AEPB Electronic Flame One can see in the video the Electronic Flame'sc-tm plume outlined with a orange-red radiation, an indicator of the presence of hydrogen.
Our Atmospheric Electron Particle Beam (AEPB) furnishes a high powered fluid sheathed electron beam that gives us the reaction formula below! Water, Energy, and the CO2 If driven to disassociation terminates recombining with the H4. The reaction continues in a chemical electrical rotation--giving us renewable clean Electronic Flamec-tm energy! Refer to #6 and #6A below. If not pressed to dissociation with only the outer electron furnishing the recombination with its parent atom, may be enough energy generated to give us extra radiation energy on the Electro Magnetic Chart at infra red, red or UV radiation energy.
Most college chemistry students have worked with the natural gas formula oxygen combustion of CH4 in the atmospheric oxygen O2
CH4 + 2O2 + SPARK, FLAME,or ELECTRON BEAM---> CO2 + 2H2O + ENERGY unit
The chemical formula above is demonstrated in every auto engine electric spark plug, pilot lighters used in kitchen gas stoves or home furnaces starters. The AEPB can do the same thing, only at a higher energy level depending on the design operation of the AEPB electron beam (eV) output. We also inform the reader that there are many AEPB nozzles, and each being operated differently, one being cold cathode the other being hot cathode. Others being inert gasses and others atmospheric air, compressed atmospheric air, or doped atmospheric air.

The AEPB has the ability to augment the atmospheric electron particle beam with natural gas or other fuels such as powdered coal, for increased heat energy output with synergism. When augmented together with the electrically operated AEPB Generator, one saves critical fuel supplies, stretching their use. Our systems run at most any power required to be compatible with your energy requirements.
|
# Clean powered coal burns away with natural gas or propane with little or no stack flue emissions via our nozzles due to the AEPB's Synergism effect. The AEPB stores the pollutants in many different ways or converts them to radiant or heat energy. Further radiation test shows no X rays emitted from operation system. Do not be led into a false assumption, the size of your operation must be matched by power levels increased in our systems outputs and volumes of fuel required. However there is a large trade off in fuel cost reduction. |
