Computer tips: COOKIES (BLOCKING)

Q: I'm blocking cookies in Internet Explorer, but how do I allow those from sites I've registered with?

A: Within Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, then click Internet Options at the bottom of the Tools menu. From the Internet Options menu, select the Privacy Tab and under the Web Sites section, click the Edit button. Type www in the text box labeled "Address of Web site." A list of sites you have visited will autofill. Highlight the site or sites you wish to allow, then click Allow for each. Under the Managed Web Sites list, your allowed sites will appear. Click OK.
NOTE WINDOWS EXPLORER 6.0 and below may not have this feature.
